Goodman Precision Engineering hereby declares that, to the best of our knowledge, our products do not contain any of the Conflict Materials listed below or their derivatives which are sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo or its adjoining countries.
Conflict Materials being identified as:
- Gold
- Tin
- Tungsten
- Tantalum
We have undertaken an audit of the usage of Conflict Materials for our products within our supply chain that our suppliers provide written declarations to ensure that procedures and policies are in place to ensure that conflict free materials only are used in products supplied to Goodman Precision Engineering,
Goodman Precision Engineering will also use all efforts to ensure new or potential suppliers will be audited to confirm that compliance is maintained and are instructed to provide a signed declaration to ensure:
- Guarantee of non-use of Conflict Materials;
- Requesting that our suppliers undertake commercially reasonable due diligence with our supply chain to assure materials used in supplied materials or products are not sourced from mines in conflict areas.
Goodman Precision Engineering will continue to enhance its Supplier Audit Process to ensure these practices are maintained.
